Leinster host tonight’s semifinal clash versus the Scarlets in the Pro 12 championship at the RDS Arena.
The Irish team start as clear favourites. They have not lost at this venue in the Pro 12 this season, including beating tonight’s opponents 45-9 back in March.
Leinster also know how to win this tournament. They have won the Pro 12 title four times already, and this could be their third in the last five years.
The Scarlets have a number of international class players in their back line, but could be outplayed up front by a dominant Leinster pack.
With this in mind, we at Lap of the Odds are sweet on Jack Conan, Leinster’s dynamic no. 8, to win the man of the match accolade. He has scored 13 tries for his province in a fledgling career and has already picked up a couple of man of the match awards since the start of the year.
This may seem like doubling up on a bet, but we will also take the 18/1 that Conan is first to score a try.

Conan to score the first try at 18/1 with Ladbrokes & Corals
