The England cricket players weren’t the only ones applauding as Johnny Bairstow smashed another ton yesterday to cement a 4-0 series win for his side.

Subscribers to the Lap of the Odds blog were also cheering on as Bairstow’s second hundred of the series (originally five matches but reduced to four by rain) meant he topped the run scorers for England, as predicted at the start of the series. (Cricket: Go Johnny go…)
