NFL: Tasty combo…

It’s Sunday and that means NFL action. We’ve got a tasty treble for you gridiron fans to feast over.

Our first game sees the Detroit Lions on the road against the Minnesota Vikings. Both teams currently have two wins from three games and this could be a tight game. However, Minnesota’s offence has surprised with its efficiency while its defence is also stingy. We’ll go with home advantage, and expect the Vikings to cover the two point spread.

Next up is the Dallas Cowboys playing the LA Rams. The Rams lead the NFL in scoring at 35.7 points a game, but this includes trashings of the 49ers and Colts. They will find the Cowboys a more difficult proposition, and we expect Dallas to cover the six point spread.

Finally, the Arizona Cardinals host the San Francisco 49ers. Now it’s true the Cardinals do have some injury issues, but they have won four successive games against a weak 49ers team, and we fully expect a fifth win while covering the 6.5 point spread.

Recommendation: Vikings, Cowboys and Cardinals to all win, 1 pt, at approximately 11/2, Paddy Power
