Defending champions Chelsea host Watford in the early Saturday Premier League game, in what could be a tasty London derby.
Last season as Chelsea cruised to the title this game would have been seen as an easy home win, with the Chelsea defence conceding very little.
Fast forward a year and things are very different. Watford are positioned above Chelsea in the league and come off a victory over Arsenal last time out. Their away form has also been very good, winning three and drawing one of their four games.
Chelsea have stuttered through the season to date, not being as tight defensively and struggling to cope with an injury to key players Eden Hazard and Alvaro Morata.
However, both played midweek in their Champions League tie with Roma and the goals started to flow again. But the Blues remain less than secure in defence.
We at Lap of the Odds are unsure how the match will pan out but the return to form of star midfielder will give the commentators something to drool over. We’ll take a punt on Hazard being named man of the match.
Recommendation: Hazard to be man of the match, 1 pt, at 5/1, William Hill
