The Premier League returns after the International break, and with a bang as Arsenal host Tottenham in Saturday’s early fixture.
The North London derby is usually fiercely competitive, and this encounter is unlikely to be any different.
The Gunners are in the middle of a good home run, winning 10 Premier League games in a row, but haven’t won any of their last six league games against today’s opponent.
Spurs have 10 away league victories this calendar year, scoring a league-high 37 goals in the process. And it’s no surprise who is doing the damage – Harry Kane has netted 13 goals in his last six away games, scoring in all five of his Premier League North London derbies.
Arsenal are priced up as favourites for this clash, something that surprises us a little. Thus, we think the 2/1 on Spurs winning offers some value, but given his scoring form we’ll take the 5/1 that Kane is named man of the match.
Recommendations: Harry Kane to win man of the match, 1 pt, at 5/1, Paddy Power
