The highlight of Saturday’s Premier League fixture list is Chelsea’s visit to Anfield to take on Liverpool.
The home side have been in impressive form when hosting, giving up just one goal all season. Up front, the full guns of Coutinho, Firmino, Mane and Salah should be in full flight.
That said, Chelsea look to have come through a brief poor spell and have refound their best form with a vengeance.
The Hazard-Morata striking axis already looks lethal, whilst the return of midfield spoiler Ngolo Kante has taken pressure off what had started to look like a vulnerable central defence.
Both sides still look more likely to score a goal than prevent one, and whilst this should be a close contest, it is also likely to feature goals for both teams.
We think there is very little in it, so the bookies pricing the Reds as clear favourites probably leaves the Champions looking decent value for an away win.
Piecing that together, the odds on a Chelsea win with both teams to score looks generous.
Recommendation: Chelsea to win and both teams to score, 1pt win, 9/2 generally available
