The Premier League has an midweek round of games, starting with four games this evening.
We at Lap of the Odds rode our luck on Sunday to land a Premier League treble (Premier League: Sunday Treble), with Arsenal netting a late controversial penalty.
Still, the basis behind the treble, and something we firmly believe, is that the big clubs offer value when they play away from home.
With this in mind, we expect Tottenham to leave behind their disappointing draw at home on Saturday and win on their travels at Leicester.
Manchester United also struggled on Saturday, scraping home 1-0 at Old Trafford against Brighton. Their away form hasn’t been great either, but we think they will find a way to beat Watford.
The final game to make up the treble sees West Brom host Newcastle. The Baggies have been on a poor run, culminating with the departure of manager Tony Pulis. However, the team responded well to caretaker boss Gary Megson on Saturday, holding Spurs to a draw at Wembley. They now face a Newcastle side which has lost four in a row. This offers the home team a great opportunity to stop the rot, and we think they will take it.
Recommendation: Tottenham, Man Utd and West Brom all to win as a treble, 1 pt, at approximately 6/1, William Hill
