League Cup: Quality to count…

The quarter-finals of the League Cup conclude tonight, with two more ties.

The first game sees Chelsea host Bournemouth, and will be followed by Manchester United‘s trip to Ashton Gate to take on Bristol City.

All four teams are likely to make changes from the sides that played over the weekend–after all Bristol City have promotion to play for, Bournemouth are in relegation trouble and the two big clubs have a number of competitions to take part in.

However, the big clubs can still put onto the field steam of real quality even when making numerous changes, and it’s this talent which forms our thinking.

We will take both Chelsea and Manchester United to win without conceding, as a double. Paddy Power have boosted this price from around 9/2 to 6/1, and we’ll be aboard.

Recommendation: Chelsea and Manchester United to win to nil as a double, 1 pt, at 6/1, Paddy Power
