Premier League: Bobby to have a ball…

Monday evening sees the final game of this Premier League round, with Liverpool traveling to South Wales to take on Swansea.

The Swans lie in last position in the league and have responded by appointing a new manager, Carlos Carvalhal. His team have picked up four points from his first three games, but this uptick in form is about to be severely tested.

Liverpool haven’t lost in 14 league games and are coming into this match on the back of their most impressive win of the season, a 4-3 thriller versus the previously unbeaten Manchester City.

Swansea will undoubtedly try to contain the impressive Liverpool attacking threat, and this will be a test of how the Reds are going to play without Phillipe Coutinho. But we expect them to pass the test, with fellow Brazilian Roberto Firmino likely to add to his tally of five goals in his last three league games against the Swans.

We’ll take the 19/5 on offer that Firmino is named man of the match.

Recommendation: Firmino named man of the match, 1 pt, at 19/5, Paddy Power
