Friday Yankee: Sense of Adventure

Just keep hitting the post at the moment, about time we morphed from Alvaro Morata to Harry Kane….

The Daily Yankee:

Kayf Adventure (1530 Warwick), 3/1: Has been in excellent form and is the progressive one in this field. We’ll be keeping a watchful eye on Calipto for the future, but today should belong to the younger horse.

Asking Questions (1600 Warwick),  4/1:  A pretty low grade affair but one trainer Olly Greenhall has attacked with the two market leaders. Jockey Ross Turner regularly rides both and opts here for Asking Questions, who ran well last time and has younger legs and likely has more room for progress.

Coo Star Sivola (1615 Exeter),  5/4 :  Was a big disappointment at Cheltenham last time, but that has to be seen in the light of the winner’s runaway effort.  Has looked well handicapped, and is targeting a festival race for which a win here is pretty much essential to push the rating to the required level.

Yanmare (1650 Exeter), 8/1 :  Twiston-Davies trained plodder struggled at Warwick last time, but won over this marathon trip here previously when staying on best of all in closing stages.  He just needs to keep going to at least hit the frame in a race that will be truly gruelling.
