Normally we include our daily nap in the Yankee, not today where our speculative 50/1 each way Nap selection does not lend itself easily to inclusion in multiples.
The Daily Yankee:
Sonnet Rose (1455 Lingfield), 9/2: A fillies race where a couple of well fancied 3yos get huge weight-for-age concessions. We prefer experience, and Sonnet Rose and First Experience could fight this out. Sonnet Rose’s smooth travelling style can give her the race position edge that is key up this short straight.
Sayesse (1530 Lingfield), 5/2: Showed improved form when running on for a close third at Wolves on Friday. Turned out quickly here to take advantage of what looks a clear winning opportunity.
Sotomayor (1600 Lingfield), 5/2: Named to make a superb jumper, but for now is improving rapidly having been stepped up drastically in trip. Unlucky not to win last time and need only repeat that effort to take this.
Clergyman (1635 Lingfield), 10/3: In a rich vein of form having won on Friday and arguably very unlucky not to follow up just a day later when repeatedly baulked. No let up in the schedule with another quick run, but the multiple entries clearly a plan to blitz before the handicapper catches up, and still gets to run here off the same winning mark from Friday.
