Champions League: Young at heart…

The eyes of much of the betting world in the U.K. and Ireland may be on Cheltenham today (Cheltenham Tuesday Tips: 6/1 Day one cracker), but the Champions League progresses nonetheless.

Manchester United represent the Premier League tonight as they host Sevilla in the second leg of this round of 16 clash after a goalless draw in Spain.

United come fresh off an important win over fierce rivals Liverpool on Saturday and will surely approach this game in a confident mood.

Sevilla may have had the better of the first leg, but they failed to take advantage of this and now have to travel to Old Trafford where United have an impressive record.

Of the teams that have drawn 0-0 in the first leg away from home in the knockout stages of the Champions League, 70% have made it through to the next round, and we fully expect United to confirm this trend.

United’s newly converted fullback Ashley Young has been playing well this season, putting in an important defensive show last weekend. However, it’s his set piece delivery which has been so impressive. We look for Young to provide an assist at any time tonight.

Recommendation: Young to provide an assist, 1 pt, at 3/1, Paddy Power
