Ryder Cup: Day 2 Foursomes, a Rose by any other name…

The tide has definitely turned blue, with Europe winning the first three matches of the Saturday’s fourballs.

And we’re looking for them to push home their advantage in the afternoon session of foursomes – let’s not forget Europe swept the board in this format yesterday.

The draw has an out of form Dustin Johnson paired with Brooks Koepka in the first match, taking on one of Europe’s strongest pairs, a rested Justin Rose and Henrik Stenson. We’ll side with the blue team.

The next pairing sees a wayward Bubba Watson and Webb Simpson taking on an inspired Sergio Garcia and Alex Noren. The European partnership were too strong for their American rivals yesterday and we’ll take them to do the same again today.

Recommendations:

Rose/Stenson to beat Johnson/Koepka and Garcia/Noren to beat Watson/Simpson as a double, 1 pt, at approximately 11/4, widely available
