Thursday Yankee: Heq of a bet…

A smooth win for yesterday’s nap False Id (advised 10/3), and we’re sticking to the flat for today’s follow up.

The Daily Yankee

NAP OF THE DAY:  Saaheq, (2030 Chelmsford), 1pt win, 7/4 generally available

This progressive 4yo won 2 from 3 on his turf campaign this summer and was a nap pick for us last time st Southwell he didn’t break that well and couldn’t handle the Fibresand.  This course should suit to perfection.

Glory Of Paris, (1830 Chelmsford), 11/4:  was an excellent runner up here last time, kicking on from the front but getting overhauled.  That was a better race than this, and he must have every chance of going one better.

Firmament, (1900 Chelmsford), 6/1:  the eye was immediately drawn to Breden, but he is no model of consistency and is up in weights.  Firmament could the one to shake him up.  He often runs well in the big fields and a win shouldn’t be too far away.

Captain Ryan, (2100 Chelmsford), 13/2:  badly out of form through the summer, but has dropped to the basement bucket levels.  Was much better last time back on the artifials and looks to have a winning chance.  It should be an exciting ride.
