NFL: Bears set to growl…

It’s crunch time in the NFL regular season,  with playoff spots to be decided.

One of the crucial games tonight sees the Indianapolis Colts travel to the Tennessee Titans, with the winners going through to post season football and the loser going home.

Although the Titans have home advantage, they are likely missing their regular quarterback while the Colts quarterback Andrew Luck seems to have the wood over the hosts. We’ll take the Colts to win on the road.

The second game sees the Philadelphia Eagles traveling to the Capitol to take on the Washington Redskins.

The Eagles are still the defending champions, but are hanging on to this crown by a thread. They need a win tonight, and we think they will beat a team which has lost five of their last six games.

This takes us on to the Chicago Bears traveling to the Minnesota Vikings. The Bears are already through to the post season but are fighting for an early bye, while the Vikings need a win to survive.

This is a clash of two tremendous defences, and the Vikings are favourites at home. But we’ll take the Bears to spoil the home parade, given their better odds in what is likely to be a tight defensive battle.

Recommendations: Colts, Eagles and Bears to all win as a treble, 1 pt, at approximately 5/1, widely available
