Premier League: Rush on Rashford…

There are a couple of games scheduled in the Premier League today, and we’ll try and provide subscribers with the financial joy they enjoyed with Son’s winner for Tottenham yesterday (Premier League: Nice one Son…).

First up is Leicester against Manchester United. The Foxes stopped Liverpool in their tracks on Wednesday (blog favourite Harry Maguire scoring there!), and they have a very good record against the top teams this season.

However, they are at home today and the onus will be on them to press. We think this will open space for United’s pacey stars to exploit. We’ll take young striker Marcus Rashford to open the scoring at a healthy 6/1.

The late game sees Arsenal travel north to take on Manchester City.

City slipped up last time out against Newcastle but will be relieved that Liverpool didn’t take full advantage of that defeat. Pep Guardiola is sure to have made his displeasure known about that performance and we look for a reaction.

That said City have been lax defensively of late, and think there’s a strong chance Arsenal’s attacking talent can score. A City win with both teams scoring is a bet that screams out, but that’s only just above evens.

With goals well and truly priced in we’ll look elsewhere for value. City are likely to dominate possession and their speedy attackers are sure to cause Arsenal’s lumbering defenders problems. We’ll go with Arsenal’s Saed Kolasinac to be booked first as he has to take on Raheem Sterling.

Recommendations:

Leicester/Man Utd: Rashford to score first, 1 pt, at 6/1, Paddy Power

Man City/Arsenal: Kolasinac to booked first, 1 pt, at 14/1, bet365
