Six Nations: Farrell to run England’s show…

The second round of the Six Nations concludes this afternoon with Le Crunch – England hosting France at Twickenham.

England were very impressive in beating Ireland in Dublin last weekend while France threw away a big lead against Wales to lose at home.

This all makes the hosts strong favourites to win today, and we at Lap of the Odds agree with that sentiment. Looking at the games from last weekend, the even money on England covering the seven point spread to win the second half looks a sure fire winner. However, we’ll look for a little more reward for our gamble.

We were very impressed with the way Owen Farrell ran the England side last week. He has been criticised in the past over losing his temper and incurring the wrath of the referee, however he looked much more composed. We’ll take him to boss the show again today, winning the man of the match award.

Recommendations: Farrell to win man of the match, 1 pt, at 8/1, Ladbrokes
