Premier League: Fulham face Hammering…

There are a couple of Premier League games scheduled for this evening, starting the weekend early.

First up is the London derby between West Ham and Fulham. The Hammers are an inconsistent team, and the uncertainty surrounding the future of top striker Marko Arnautovic has hit them hard, but it’s difficult to see beyond a home win.

Fulham have a terrible defensive record, have yet to win away from home in the Premier League and look ripe for the picking.

The next game is a little more tricky, Cardiff at home to Watford. The visitors are one of the best sides in the Premier League, if you exclude the big six, and have only lost one of their last ten games in all competitions.

However, there is a lot of emotion surrounding the Cardiff team at the moment–manager Neil Warnock has been in Argentina to attend the funeral of striker Emiliano Sala–and this has translated into two wins in a row.

We’re unsure how to separate the teams so we’ll opt for a draw, and double that with a West Ham victory.

Recommendations: West Ham to win and Cardiff/ Watford to draw as a double, 1 pt, at approximately 5/1, widely available
