Monday Yankee: Klass apart?

The Daily Yankee

NAP OF THE DAY:  Sil Ver Klass, (1455 Navan), 1pt win, 6/1 generally available

Two recent Leopardstown winners get clobbered here, with all the way winner Cliff House up 7lbs, and smooth winner Serious Ego up 13lbs.  The latter is more interesting as he was 2s faster in his win, but second home Sil Ver Klass gets a huge 12lbs turnaround and that can prove decisive in this mud.

Darasso, (1600 Navan), 7/4:  was a winning chaser in France and showed his class in victory over hurdles last time at Gowran.  With doubts about his rivals, Cadmium running on soft for the first time in a year, and Woodlands Opera running over 2m for the first time in a year, the door looks open for an Irish chasing debut success.

Young Paddymc, (1630 Navan), 13/2:  two heavily penalised winners head the market and look ripe for taking on.  Russian Bill is interesting at a price, but we prefer Young Paddymc, who was a stylish winner at Punchestown last time, has form on heavy, and look so fairly treated on 116.

All The Chimneys, (1700 Navan), 5/2:  barring a surprise form surge, this should lie between old rivals All The Chimneys and Seskin Flyer. Last time they met it was Chimneys with a cosy win  and he is actually 2lbs better off as a result of Seskin’s form since.  Expect the previous result to be confirmed.
