International Football: Stick with Harry…

England continue their Euro 2020 qualification campaign tonight, traveling to Montenegro after Friday’s impressive 5-0 win over Czech Republic.

The Three Lions have played tonight’s opponents twice away from home, drawing on both occasions. However, the most recent game between these two teams resulted in a 4-1 win for England at Wembley. And, more importantly, this is a new England team and they shouldn’t be judged by the failures of the past.

England have looked defensively strong of late, while the hosts have lost through injury their two best players, Stevan Jovetic and Stefan Savic. This tends to suggest an England win looks likely.

Raheem Sterling was the man of the match against the Czech Republic on Friday, scoring a hat trick. However, this away game is unlikely to be as easy and we’ll stick to our theory surrounding England’s prowess at set pieces. Harry Maguire had a shot cleared off the line on Friday, and we’ll take a chance on him doing a little better tonight.

Recommendation: Maguire to score anytime, 1 pt, at 7/1, Unibet
