Europa League: Red alert…

This evening sees the final of the Europa League, a London derby between Chelsea and Arsenal, taking place in Baku, Azerbaijan.

This is a tricky game to call – Chelsea finished above Arsenal in the league but lost to the Gunners in their last clash.

Both sides look more impressive going forward, so the bet for both to score looks a good thing. But it’s a short price.

Arsenal may have more incentive to win the game in that victory would send them back to the Champions League next season while Chelsea have already qualified, but the Blues will still be very reluctant to lose this game. After all the teams do not like each other.

We think there’s a chance this game will be played with all the ferocity of a derby in the Premier League while being refereed by an European official more used to a calmer environment. This could mean bookings aplenty, and we’ll take the 13/4 on offer that there’s a red card during the game.

Recommendation: Red card during the game, 1 pt, at 13/4, Unibet
