NFL: Electric Ekeler…

One thing that has become readily apparent in the early stages of this NFL season is that the Miami Dolphins are bad!

The Florida-based team have played three games, lost them all, scoring just 16 points while conceding 133 in the process. And in the complex world of the American Football draft system, there are no incentives for the team to win so long as this season is written off as a bust.

Their opponents today are the San Diego Chargers. They began this season with designs on the Super Bowl, but have had a disappointing start, losing two of their opening three. They now face up against the Dolphins and will be keen to get their show back on the road.

We think it’s likely they will beat the Dolphins, and the game could become very one sided. And the person most likely to benefit from this is Chargers running back Austin Ekeler.

A number of the bookies have Ekeler at around 3/1 to score a hat trick, which we think is a little tight, but Paddy Power’s 10/1 offers significant value.

Recommendation: Ekeler to score a touchdown hat trick, 1 pt, at 10/1, Paddy Power
