Sunday Yankee: Shark attack

The Daily Yankee

NAP OF THE DAY:   Great White Shark, (1510 Naas), 1pt ew, 14/1:

A match of Irish and English Cesarewich winners.  Both could follow up but it’s a beaten runner from Newmarket, Great White Shark, who could be value.  Nothing went right for him there, and he can be dangerous with more luck this time.

Face Off, (1250 Naas), 7/1:  these late season sprints have been a mine field but Face Off is coming here with the Ted Rogers form 3-2-?  and looks well drawn to finish the sequence.

Young Paddymc, (1520 Cork), 6/1:  has been raised 2lbs after falling with a Punchestown chase at his mercy.  That was the latest in a strong campaign and he can improve further this year, starting here if sufficiently fit.

Scotchtown,  (1540 Carlisle), 7/2:  has yet to win over fences in 11 starts but has run some decent races and has now slipped down to a winning mark.
