One of the great traditions surrounding Thanksgiving in the US, as well as eating copiously, is the staging of a number of NFL matches to enjoy.
First up this evening is the Chicago Bears against the Detroit Lions. The Bears have been slightly disappointing this season, struggling to score many points. That said, defensively they have been strong, and they now take on a Lions team with injuries at the key quarterback position. We’ll take the Bears to cover the spread.
Next up is the Dallas Cowboys hosting the Buffalo Bills. The Bills have a terrific record this season, winning eight of their 11 games. However, we’re not convinced about the quality they have been playing, and we’ll take the Cowboys at home to cover the spread.
Finally, the New Orleans Saints take on the Atlanta Falcons. The Saints have won nine out of 11 games and are one of the favourites to get top seed in the NFC. It’s true they lost to the Falcons recently, but we think this will only spur them on. Saints to cover the spread.
Recommendation: Bears, Cowboys and Saints all to cover the spreads as a treble, 1 pt, at 15/2, William Hill
