FA Cup: Moura, Moura, Moura…

Tonight sees a number of FA Cup replays, with one of the televised game being Tottenham against Middlesbrough in London.

Jose Mourinho hasn’t had it easy since taking on the manager’s seat at Tottenham. The results haven’t been great and the injury list is long, topped off by the loss of talisman Harry Kane.

That said, he is a serial winner and he will see this competition as the most realistic opportunity to end Tottenham’s 12-year wait for a trophy.

That said, Spurs found it hard against Middlesbrough in the first game and the visitors have been in impressive form of late, with only a late goal by Derby preventing a fifth straight win in the league.

We think Spurs will win, but don’t expect a lot of goals in the tie. This tends to suggest first goalscorer bets carry greater value than anytime bets. We’ll side Brazilian winger Lucas Moura to get the opener.

Recommendations: Moura to score first goal, 1 pt, at 23/5, Unibet
