It’s the Waste Management Phoenix Open this week on the PGA Tour, from TPC Scottsdale.
We like Jon Rahm for this event, and indeed he is the favourite. The Spaniard just missed out last week at Torrey Pines, and will be keen to make amends this week.
The atmosphere at this event can be raucous, but Rahm is strong of mind and we think he’ll enjoy the boisterous crowd, after all this is his adopted home.
Our second selection is Collin Morikawa. The young star is a superb ball striker, an attribute which tends to play well at this event. Morikawa hails from California, and should find these conditions very familiar.
