Sunday Yankee: Play Misty for us…

The Daily Yankee

NAP OF THE DAY:  Misty Adage, (1650 Limerick), 1pt win, 7/2:

A couple of rematches here with Kayf Thou expected to get revenge on Ask And Answer, but the win of Misty Adage over Lacken Bridge looks the key line. The second is entitled to turn it around at the weights, but Misty may have had a bit more to give and looks the more progressive.

Cherif De L’isle, (1440 Limerick), 3/1:  has become something of an expert at getting placed of late.  Obviously a challenge for the skills of Davy Russell, but no finer man for the job.  Ran into a progressive one last time but should get his day here finally.

Who’s The Boss, (1525 Market Rasen), 3/1:  this mare is in only her second handicap and having raced mostly on soft of late she could step up now she gets a decent surface.  Favourite Dundrum Wood should go well but could get competition for the lead.

My Old Gold, (1535 Carlisle), 5/2: didn’t run too well at Donny last time which was a surprise as she has only just qualified for these veteran chases.  Well worth forgiving as her two previous runs here were a win and a last of four that was probably a career best when reasonably close to Lostintranslation and Kildisart.
