Tuesday Yankee: Made for Audar…

The Daily Yankee

NAP OF THE DAY: Audarya, (1520 Pontefract), 1pt win 7/1:

Was progressive as a 3yo ending with a fast finishing second in this class in France.  Made a truly eyecatching return at Kempton, should enjoy his stiffer test and comes here the second highest rated.   Can beat favourite and all weather specialist Scentasia and may have more to fear from improving handicappers Salayel and Lady Bowthorpe but both still have a fair bit to find on Audarya.

Rayong, (1350 Pontefract), 7/4:  was a useful 2yo and made an excellent 3yo debut when 7th in a handicap at Royal Ascot.  Those around him reoppose here, but Rayong should improve for the run, was the only one to compete, and did so from a poor draw.  Gets a great draw here and should make all.

Marchons Ensemble, (1600 Roscommon), 9/4:  attracted support in the market before his 3yo debut at Leopardstown last time.  Got trapped at the back the before flying late for second.  Has been raised 7lbs, but looked likely to come on a ton for that run and should outclass these off top weight.

Win O’Clock, (1915 Leicester), 6/4:  top weight and a hot favourite here but earned both firstly with a decent Haydock handicap debut win and then a fine 7th in a top Royal Ascot handicap.  Didn’t get a clean run there but still finished amongst horses who have run superbly since.  It looks hot form and he can prove that again here.
