Wednesday Yankee: Catch a Chil….

The Daily Yankee

NAP OF THE DAY: Chil Chil, (1440 Bath), 1pt win, 5/2:

This filly hasn’t been seen since last September, but she looked very progressive then, and with her stable still in great form we can expect she should be ready for his seasonal debut.    By far the most interesting in this field and just needs some luck from stall 1.

Queen’s Course, (1620 Yarmouth), 7/2:  the covid restriction of one meeting a day for jockeys can provide some interesting angles.  Jockey Danny Tudhope may have had some live chances for main employer O’Meara at Catterick, but travels all the way to Yarmouth where this filly looks the reason for travel making her stable debut.  Worth taking the hint.

Poet’s Magic, (1800 Catterick), 9/2:  we were on this filly when she was a close second at Ayr last time and she is worth keeping faith with.  Just overhauled late on there, but this track should suit and it looks significant that jockey Jason Hart keeps the ride rather than on stablemate Our Dave who he rode to victory here last time.

Lincoln Gamble, (1900 Catterick), 7/2:  was an excellent 3rd of 17 at Doncaster in return recently.  The winner there went wrong when we backed her last week, but the second has won again since and that’s strong form to be bringing to Catterick.
