A late end to the second round at Augusta in the US Masters doesn’t leave much time to analyse the third round three-balls.
However, a couple spring to mind. Brooks Koepka started the tournament very slowly, but the American star has started to look sharper and sharper as the golf has progressed.
He now takes on Louis Oosthuizen and Phil Mickelson. The former is a solid player but may struggle to score the number of birdies required today, while the latter is a law into himself. We’ll take Brooks.
The second three-ball sees Patrick Reed take on Danny Willett and Tommy Fleetwood. Reed has already won this tournament and we think he now senses another chance to claim the spotlight. That should be enough to get Captain America’s juices flowing!
Koepka and Reed to win their three-balls as a double, 1 pt, at approximately 4/1
