There are a couple more Premier League games to enjoy this evening, starting with Manchester City‘s home game with Brighton.
City have tended to enjoy themselves against Brighton, winning all six Premier League meetings, scoring 20 goals and conceding just twice. Although they had a hesitant start to this campaign, they are now playing well again. They made short work of Birmingham in the FA Cup on Sunday, and beat Chelsea in style the weekend before.
Brighton have won just one of their last 15 Premier League games, and we think they will struggle to get anything out of tonight’s game.
City’s star striker Sergio Aguero misses out again tonight, and this could mean Raheem Sterling starts up front. He scored a hat-trick against Brighton last season, at the Amex, and we’re going to take a punt that he does so again this evening.
The late game sees Tottenham host Fulham in a hastily rearranged game, as Aston Villa, Fulham’s original opponent, is struggling with a Covid outbreak. Hardly any of the Spurs team who started their win against Marine in the FA Cup on Sunday will start this one so they will be fresh, and we fancy a home win tonight.
Harry Kane has scored five goals in three appearances against Fulham and we’ll take him to start the ball rolling tonight, scoring the first goal.
