The Daily Yankee:
NAP OF THE DAY: Admiral D, (1705 Ascot), 1pt win, 11/4:
Still lightly raced and has progressed with each of his three runs in hugely competitive handicaps this season. Looks to be coming to the boil just as he finds his easiest chance of the season.
Crazy Luck, (1335 Ascot), 8/1: has been campaigned over 6f although has a win on her sole run at this trip. Has looked in great form and got no run last time. Likely to be held up and looks good value if her stamina can be nursed for a final burst.
Mannacan, (1410 Ascot), 7/2: hugely tempting to side with two blog favs in Arecibo and Count D’Orsay, but this could be booked for the younger legs of Mannacan who ran a big race in a huge handicap here at the Royal meeting and should find this a fair bit easier.
Super Superjack, (1445 Ascot), 2/1: has been on the sharp improve and got no run at a crucial stage in a better race than this at Goodwood last week. Won here in May, still looks capable of this rating, and should win this provided it is a sufficient test of stamina.
