In a new thread we are covering two new daily bets.

The Daily Yankee, provides more coverage of the daily racing.  Four horses across the cards (not including our daily “nap” which will remain in the existing Pool betting thread).  The aim is to provide value and opportunity for punters looking for a more active day, and a more speculative outlook.

The Gamechanger, is a multi-day bet which rolls an initial tenner across one horse a day until it reaches a gamechanging sum (we are aiming for 10k).  Sounds outlandish, but four consecutive 9/2 winners would just about do it.  And with that pay off, we only need win more than once every 3 years to be in the money !!

Today’s Daily Yankee:

Pulsating (1900 Kempton), 2/1:   2lb well in after good weekend run, well drawn and remains in very good form.

Thaqaffa (1930 Kempton), 4/1: On a course hat-trick, bound to run well and a good price against a favourite who may be too short

Western Way (2030 Kempton), 2/1:  Good win reverting to flat last time, and a 2lb rise looks extremely generous.

Mr Christopher (1625 Southwell), 6/1:  Was winning at this trip last time but faded over an extra furlong, can get his revenge this time.

Best odds combination:  Bet365 (some individual horses may be at longer prices with other bookmakers).

A yankee is 11 bets over 4 horses, comprising 6 doubles, 4 trebles and an accumulator.  We will monitor results on the basis that one yankee in entirety equates to one invested point, and this will have a separate results thread to our main multi-sport nap pool.

Barney From Tyanee (1600 Towcester), 11/2:  Finally gets some soft ground over fences having been outpaced under quicker conditions.

The Gamechanger aims to win 10k from just 10.  Once stakes allow the next winner to deliver over 10k, then the stake will be scaled to return 10k, and any excess treated as returns. (eg if the bet rolls to 3k and the next horse is 4/1, then 2k is staked, and 1k is pocketed)
