Monday Yankee: The mighty Quinn?

The Daily Yankee

NAP OF THE DAY:  Seaquinn, (1430 Chelmsford), 1pt win,  8/1 generally available

This filly has shown little, but her last run at Lingfield gave a little hint that better might be imminent.  This is an awful race, and she may be capable of surprising some fairly limited market leaders.

Dukes Meadow, (1500 Chelmsford), 8/1:  has only two lifetime wins in fifty runs, but they were both here, and he ran with plenty of credit when well out of the handicap here last time.  Back on his correct rating here and in a poor race, he could get that third course win.

Holy Tiber, (1530 Chelmsford), 10/1:  has been in decent form of late getting a win here courtesy of the stewards.  Gets a 6lb pull with Foreign Legion having been a bit unfortunate behind that horse last time.  That’s enough to give him a sporting chance at a fair price.

Skip To My Lou, (1600 Chelmsford), 2/1:  strapping filly who is lightly raced and open to improvement.  Showed that very much with a tidy win at Lingfield last time, and the 6lb penalty looks manageable.
