Saturday Yankee: Rite angle…

Nap Of The Day: 1535 Sandown:  Amirite, 2pts win, 7/1:

The last big chase of the season can, fittingly head back to Ireland.  It may not be for champion and maestro Mullins but instead the De Bromhead – Blackmore duo can strike.  Amirite has long looked ready for a big price and a saddle slip two runs ago and heavy ground since hasn’t helped, but this is his trip and ground and a huge run is imminent.

13.15 Ayr:  An Bradan  Feasa, 18/1:

Gets a useful weight allowance as a 4yo.  Has run with credit in top juvenile races and arrived at the Boodles with a decent chance.  Ran better there than initially seems having traveled brilliantly before racing late.  This better ground could suit his smooth travelling style.

164.45 Sandown:  Mayhem Maia , 10/1

Mare stepped up on all known form when a closing 4th at Aintree.  If she can build on that here the she would have a big chance and there is reason to think she might enjoy a good surface.

17.15 Sandown: Monviel, 20/1

Once promising in top 2m hurdles including a few times at this track.  Had been toiling in soft ground this season but showed more promise the last twice and the drying surface can squeeze out enough improvement for a shock win.
