Crystal Palace‘s win at Anfield this evening may have been a surprise to many, but not to Lap of the Odds subscribers.

As a Liverpool fan it pains me to write this, but given the defensive difficulties the Reds have, the visit of a strong Palace side and old boy Christian Benteke was always going to cause problems.

And the 13/2 that Betfair offered on the away win, as recommended by this blog, (Premier League: Palace to Shock Reds), was a hefty price.

Big Sam’s team will be in jovial mood as they make their way back to London with all three points safely tucked away.
