Premier League: Willian to Star for Champions

Bring on the champions! Chelsea host Watford tonight, as the title party spreads to Stamford Bridge.

The Blues won the Premier League on Friday with victory at West Brom, and now their fans will be keen to welcome home the conquering heroes.

Manager Antonio Conte has made some changes, giving some squad players a chance ahead of the FA Cup final. While there may be some doubt how much effort these players will feel the need to put in, they will not want to lose in front of their adoring fans.

And they couldn’t have picked a better opponent. Watford seem to have downed tools since guaranteeing Premier League safety. They have lost six consecutive away games without scoring for the first time since the early ’50s.

Despite the changes this Chelsea side is likely to be much too good for a Watford side cast as sacrificial lambs. One of the changes to the team is the introduction of Willian. The Brazilian has been on the fringes of the side this season, but was a key player last year. He has undoubted talent and will be keen to impress ahead of the Cup final and with next season in mind. The 11/2 that Paddy Power offers that Willian is named man of the match seems a good price.

Recommendation: Willian to win man of the match at 4/1, Paddy Power
