Premier League: Maybe it’s because I’m a Londoner…

The two North London giants play this afternoon in the Premier League, with Arsenal hosting Watford and Tottenham traveling south to Bournemouth.

Arsenal are in a run of poor domestic results, and now face an opponent that has proved tricky in the past. Watford are one of 10 teams to have beaten the Gunners on the road this season but have also won two out of their last three games at the Emirates in all competitions.

That said, Arsenal were excellent in Milan midweek and surely must carry this confident form over to this afternoon. We expect the Gunners to win today, and will bet on them winning by more than one goal.

Tottenham had a different experience midweek, losing at Wembley to Juventus and plunging out of the Champions League.

That must have been a big disappointment, but Spurs still have a fight on their hands to clinch to place in next season’s tournament.

Tottenham have some big time players, and we expect them to beat Bournemouth by more than one goal.

Recommendation: Arsenal and Spurs to both win by more than one goal as a double, 1 pt, at approximately 4/1, Paddy Power
